Russia boosts enormous amounts of diversity in its vast lands. Once a year, chef Kazakov meets with his produces where they discuss the upcoming seasons and the availability of products. He keeps a very personal relationship with the farmers who produce for his restaurant. Kazakov works with approximately 20 producers across Russia.
